5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for:
Damage caused by third parties or factors beyond our control.
Losses resulting from your failure to follow our recommendations or misuse of our work.
6. Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed with due care and skill. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of completion of services. This warranty does not cover:
Issues arising from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or improper maintenance by the client.
Damage caused by external factors, such as weather events or third-party interference.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. If the client terminates the agreement, the client will be liable for any costs incurred up to the termination date, including labor, materials, and administrative costs.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
